Mixtape: Fuck Me, I’m a Faggot
Dance isn’t what it used to be years ago. Although progressive and electro-pop seem to be all the rage now that even tween-pop artists try to resurrect their careers by following suit, their attempts can never match the synthesized-dance floor beats of the 80s and the 90s.
This mix attempts to recapture the kitsch and the cheesiness of those eras. Having been exposed to a horde of pop songs and disco staples (hence the absence of Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody”, etc.), the selection in this list opts for a more varied tunage that is nonetheless gay and glorious.
